How often should I get my boiler serviced?

A boiler should be serviced every year. This is because it helps validate your manufacturer's warranty. Also, if you are a landlord, it is a legal requirement for you to service any gas appliances in your property every year or whenever you have a new tenant. All boiler servicing should be carried out by qualified Gas Safe registered engineers. 

What happens during a boiler service?

When our Gas Safe registered engineers carry out a boiler service, we ensure that your boiler is thoroughly tested and inspected. We will also make sure that your boiler is working correctly and remove any build-up of dust and debris. Once all the necessary tests are completed and your boiler meets our requirements, we will be happy to issue a Gas Safe certificate.
