“Top service; I've been using Rosli for over 2 years and never had an issue: He shows up on time, is knowledgeable, and always does a professional job. There might be cheaper out there, but I know the level of service will be high with Enflame. Rosli did leave a small mess installing my new Triton shower today, but he has previously carried out the installation and maintenance of my combi boiler, repaired my leaky toilet; he always shows up on time and does the job to a high standard and at a fair price. He's my go to guy.”

“First time using enflame following the retirement of my previous gasman. Rosli came highly recommended by a trusted friend and I can now add my recommendation to the growing list First contact Sunday evening via text following boiler breakdown. Rosli asked me to ring first thing Monday morning (8.30am) which I duly did. Due to a cancellation rosli could fit me in as soon as 11am Turned up a few minutes early . He explained what he was going to do and very quickly determined the problem and got the boiler working again but discussed putting a new part in place whilst onsite to remove possibility of another failure. I was put under no pressure to accept the new part but decided with such a competitive price to go ahead and have a failing motor replaced Following completion of the job rosli discussed my options going forward regarding servicing as boiler hadn't been serviced for some time. He even suggested some setup improvements he could do in the future to maximise the lifespan of the boiler He then recommended a few system improvements .
